Global, virtual conference with live and on-demand content for 50,000+ attendees over the course of 6 months


  • The Challenge/goal

After COVID-19 hit, the client had two months to shift an in-person conference to digital. RockIt Events managed this pivot and led the virtual event logistics including in-person event cancellations and negotiations, digital platform selection and management, vendor selection and management, production support, speaker management, integrations, registration, project management, audience engagement and more.


  • The results

The virtual event featured Netflix-style, personalized content, professionally produced keynote content, a comedian host, lounges, an interactive innovation zone, breakouts, partner sessions, training and certifications, meetups, an interactive store, “just for fun” elements like live DJ’s, trivia and more! Over 50,000 people registered to attend, and more than 25,000 attendees engaged with the event content on the first day alone.
