The Challenge/goal
Create an engaging evening of networking, entertainment, activations and an overall unforgettable party. The client was looking to completely update and refresh the attendee experience from what they have done in the past as they had not met attendee expectations.
The LOCATION
Brooklyn Bowl, Las Vegas
THE RESULTS
2,200 attendees, the venue was enhanced to capture the Brooklyn Bowl theme with atmospheric cirque entertainers greeting guests, performing acts throughout the night and interacting on various stages. The evening included an 80’s experience headliner show, custom virtual reality roller coaster, full arcade, live Zoltar fortune teller, custom photo booths, whisky tasting, cigar rollers, interactive strolling dessert entertainers, bowling competition, a culinary experience and exciting giveaways.
