President’s Club for 90 global attendees including 45 top sales performers and their guests.


  • The Challenge/goal

To lead the planning end-to-end management for a high-end President’s Club event for a seasoned, well-traveled yet adventurous group of top sales performers. The goal was to utilize a $1M budget to find a location, venue, and build a full program that exuded luxury and offered extravagant amenities, cuisine, and entertainment that would celebrate and wow attendees.


  • The results

Our team selected and went into contract for a full buyout of Peter Island Resort in the British Virgin Islands. The Welcome Reception was held oceanside, excursions were booked through local DMCs, and we collaborated with Feetfirst Events (Amazing Race writers) for teambuilding scavenger hunts around the island on yachts. We also hosted a carnival themed team dinner oceanside with a famous chef accompanied by a 30-person parade which included dancers, a steel-pan band and body artists. We planned an Awards Dinner at Falcon’s Nest Villa where guests were greeted by mermaids and had a fabulous dinner followed by a party complete with LED foam sticks, beach balls, and fireworks. Guests received room drops, bags, sunglasses and Visa gift cards for a date night out.

  • The Challenge/goal

To lead the planning end-to-end management for a high-end President’s Club event for a seasoned, well-traveled yet adventurous group of top sales performers. The goal was to find a location, venue, and build a full President’s Club program that exuded luxury and offered extravagant amenities, cuisine, and entertainment that would celebrate and wow attendees.


  • The results

Our team selected and went into contract with the Andaz Maui. The boutique-style, high-end, hip accommodations was the perfect location to host the event. The Welcome Reception was held oceanside at the resort, excursions were booked through local DMCs, and teambuilding events were facilitated overlooking Mokapu beach. We also held a VIP reception in Studio Kitchen and an Awards Dinner at Turtle Point private estate complete with the legendary chef Bev Gannon, a fire show and a traditional luau. Guests received room drops, bags, sunglasses and Visa gift cards for a date night out.
