This client needed an additional team member to join their team as a temporary contractor to lead the speaker management, content development and vendor management for their presence within the conference’s keynote and breakout sessions. They needed a content expert to act as an extension of their team and manage all aspects of the sessions that they were sponsoring. In addition, they had some other event logistic support needs.

In this scenario, RockIt Events acted as a staffing agency and quickly onboarded a Senior Speaker and Content Manager contractor to support this team. The new team member hit the ground running and took on the pre-event, onsite and post-event speaker and content management logistics including project management, content guidance, presentation design/management, and speaker communications. The client was so pleased with this contractor's efficient performance that they increased her responsibilities to support with additional event logistics support.
